Reverberate App Privacy Policy.

The Reverberate application (the “Reverberate App” or “App”) enables you to rate the companies you care about or are affected by. The Reverberate App uses data collected by the App. This Privacy Notice is to help you understand our privacy practices when you use our Services, including what information and personal data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it, as well as your individual rights. The controller of your personal data under this Privacy Notice is Distribution Cognizant with an address at 225 Crossroads Blvd, Ste 439, Carmel CA 93923 (“Distribution Cognizant”, “our”, “we”, or “us”).
WHAT INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND FOR WHICH PURPOSE
We receive or collect information and personal data as described below when we provide our Services, including when you access, download and install the Reverberate App; below are some examples:
· Anonymized user identification numbers from your mobile device operating system provider that allows us to monitor how your votes evolve over time, without allowing us to identify any of your personal information.
· Other Information includes information that, by itself does not individually identify you, such as your operating system type.
· Information to help Distribution Cognizant better market its services, such as which QR code or URL link directed you to the Reverberate App download page.
We may collect additional information in the future and will notify you of this change if it occurs.
Ratings and Review Data. If you write a review or rate the App on the app store, we may process such information to respond to your comments and questions, understand your perception of the App and to generally improve the App. We are able to see your app store username, ratings, comments and any other detail you provide us or make publicly available. Unless you require us to do so, we do not link this information to your account credentials or any other information we hold from you. When you require customer support, we may use your data to follow up on your case and guide you through our customer support process.
We consider the processing of your Ratings and Review Data to based on a legitimate interest of Distribution Cognizant and lawful under GDPR Article 6.1.(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Customer Support Data. If you require customer support, we may ask you to provide us with information related to your use of our Services, and how to contact you so we can provide you with the required support. We provide our Services, including providing customer support, improving and fixing our Services. We use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
We consider the processing of you Customer Support Data to be necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party and lawful under GDPR Article 6.1.(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In some situations, the processing of your Customer Support Data is based on a legitimate interest of Distribution Cognizant and lawful under GDPR Article 6.1.(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

In order for us to provide the Reverberate App to you and fulfil the purposes specified above, we share the data described above with service, analytics, IT, and cloud providers, vendors, suppliers, business partners, financial institutions, or other third parties that we work with to assist us

HOW LONG WE KEEP COLLECTED DATA
The data we collect from you will be stored by us for as long as necessary in order to fulfil the purposes described above in this form and comply with minimum retention periods under applicable data protection laws. However, unless otherwise required by applicable data protection laws, this period will last for no longer than 10 years from the collection of your personal data, or 10 years following your latest use of the mobile app, whichever period is the longest. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the data we collect from you will be stored for as long as may be necessary for legal establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

We take seriously our duty to protect your personal data against accidental or unauthorized collection, alteration, loss, misuse, disclosure or access. Distribution Cognizant uses a variety of security technologies, technical and organizational measures to help prevent inadvertent collection or distribution of personal data.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
We reserve the right to amend or update this Privacy Notice. Any new or revised Privacy Notice will become effective immediately upon publication. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Notice, you should consider ceasing use of our Services. Your continued use of our Services and App after any changes to the Privacy Notice becomes effective, you acknowledge and agree to the amended Privacy Notice.
